Erin Kernan Aronson is an attorney who practices in the area of commercial and residential real estate at the law firm Eastburn and Gray, P.C. Erin is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and routinely handles matters in Bucks and Montgomery counties in Pennsylvania.
Real Estate Practice
Erin represents clients in all aspects of real estate transactions, including the preparation and enforcement of agreements of sale, the review and analysis of title issues, financing, and issues related to the use and condition of the property, including inspection concerns and zoning matters. In doing so, Erin endeavors to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction from start to finish. Erin frequently prepares and reviews leases for real property and represents landlords and tenants when disputes arise. In addition to real estate, Erin’s practice also focuses on employment and education law.
Education
Erin graduated, cum laude, from the Villanova University School of Law where she was Managing Editor of Symposia for the Villanova Law Review. While at Villanova, Erin participated in the Federal Tax Clinic, where she represented indigent clients in regards to tax matters. She also served as a teaching assistant, and led weekly classes. Erin earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware in Sociology, with a minor in Political Science. Erin previously attended the American University in Washington, D.C.
Volunteer and Community Work
Erin is an active member of the Bucks County Bar Association, where she serves on the Member Services Committee, the Writs Committee, and the Advisory Board of the Young Lawyer’s Division. As a trustee of the Morrisville Presbyterian Church, Erin is part of a body that is responsible for the financial and legal affairs of the church, as well as its facilities. In addition, she is a pro bono attorney for the Pennsylvania Innocence Project and coaches the Central Bucks East Mock Trial Team. Erin is also an active member of the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce.
Personal Data
Erin is a native of Bucks County, where she currently resides with her husband and chocolate lab. In her free time she enjoys training for triathlons, reading and traveling.
